The Smart Rack Aluminium Structure – 3.6 kWp is a lightweight, durable and reliable solar mounting solution designed for a 6-panel layout in a 3 × 2 configuration. It accommodates 6 solar modules of 600 Wp each, providing a total installed capacity of 3.6 kWp.
Manufactured using high-quality aluminium structural components and SS304/A2 stainless-steel fastening hardware, the Smart Rack combines structural strength, corrosion resistance and ease of installation. Its ballast-based design provides a practical rooftop mounting solution while reducing the need for roof penetration.
The complete kit includes aluminium leg profiles, SR base supports, short racks, clamping plates, ballast-T brackets, stabilizers, end and mid clamps, fastening hardware, PVC spacers and aluminium pop rivets required for the specified 6-panel configuration.
